Comparison
Leverage vs ChatGPT & Claude
Ask Claude what a price-to-rent factor is. Ask Leverage what it is for this property.
Last checked: September 2026
The short answer
A chatbot reads an exposé well and explains terms such as price-to-rent factor or depreciation. But it often gives market rents or prices per square metre without a source you can check, and the same calculation can come out differently on the next question. Leverage calculates with a fixed model and real listing data. You can connect the two: through the Leverage MCP server, Claude works directly with your Leverage data.
