Can ChatGPT analyse a property?

Partly. ChatGPT and Claude read exposés and explain what to look out for. For rent, market value and yield they lack reliable market data, and calculations can vary. Check every figure before you make an offer.

Can I connect Claude to Leverage?

Yes. Leverage has an MCP server. From the Pro plan (€49 a month) you connect Claude, Claude Code or Cursor to your account. The agent can then search properties, read figures and create calculations using the Leverage model.

Why does a chatbot sometimes get the maths wrong?

A language model produces text one word at a time. In long calculations with repayments, tax and several years, a step can go missing or come out wrong. Leverage calculates with fixed formulas; the language model only reads the data.

Not necessarily. Leverage on its own covers finding and calculating. If you already work in Claude, connect the two through MCP and ask Claude about your Leverage properties.
